Welcome to 2014. January is gone and February is only a week old. My goal this year is to compete in and NPC sanctioned bodybuilding contest in July at Corpus Christi, TX.
It is a money thing, if I have it I'll be there. How about you any successes you have achieved in 2013 since reading your first post here? Under look good naked. This post is short but I trust your commitment to get fit in 2014 isn't short but underway right now.
