a little bit about food

Okay so you want to 'look good naked'.  Did you get your food journal?   Here is the plan for planning your meals.

Take a dinner plate.  If it is spaghetti and meatballs just fill up the plate and enjoy, do not forget the bread and butter.  What if dinner is Hamburger, french fryes and a milk shake?  Make sure you get your veggies.

Now here is "the plan".  3/6th  of your plate should be fruits and vegetables.  2/6th's should be your protein source.  The last bit is for desert, I would rather use another plate.
